Good to Know
Parent Questions
Casual play is walk-in friendly, though weekends get busy. Birthday parties should be booked at least two weeks ahead.
Yes — grip socks are required for all children and adults entering the play areas. We sell them at reception.
Birthday cakes are always welcome. Other outside food isn't permitted, but our cafe and party packages cover everyone.
We cater from crawling babies to 12 year olds, with a dedicated soft-play area for under-3s.
Parties run for two hours: 90 minutes of play plus 30 minutes in your private themed room.
Deposits are transferable to another date with 7 days' notice. Give us a call and we'll sort it out.
